‘Create, connect and share respect: A better Internet starts with you!
The children have been very busy today engaging in ‘Safer Internet Day!’ activities in order to make the Internet a better place. Children enjoyed using the emoji photo booths, ensuring that they removed any logos that identified them. This is to educate the children to ensure that when they are older and sharing photographs with friends, they understand how to ‘be safe’.
The Safeguarding Children’s board have been sharing with pupils how to safely use the computers and technologies within and outside of our academy, through delivering the messages from the pupil’s Acceptable Use Policy in classes and during an assembly for Key Stage 2 pupils.
